A G60 supershort was installed at a fish processor in Killybegs County Donegal.
Due to the corrosive nature of the waste being dealt with stainless steel construction was required so that the compactor would last, although a more expensive option a standard steel compactor would succumb to the effects of corrosion in this environment much quicker, also stainless steel is more suitable for food processors where hygiene is crucial.
The build involved a G60 supershort that was fed via a conveyor system.
